Gents 1920s West End Watch Co Field Force (Handwind) 10 Jewels wrist watch (USED)

The watch has a signed hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner cover which has some surface scratches.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding Onion crown and the fixed wire lugs so it would suit a slimmer wrist. The case is nickel. The front is in good condition. The case back has small marks across it.

The glass lens is in good condition.

The white enamel dial is signed West End Watch Co, Field Force. During the inter-War years, West End Watch Co prospered and the Some high end brands of that period Field Force is one of them and available in wrist and pocket watch form. The company concentrated on supplying the British Empire domestic markets with India taking the largest share.
