Our approach

ceelifeshop.ae is a Dubai-based specialist in authentic pre-owned and vintage Swiss and Japanese watches, with more than 25 years of watchmaking experience. Every watch is sold according to its individually described condition. Vintage watches show signs of age, wear and period characteristics, and we describe these as accurately as we can.

Change of mind

We do not voluntarily offer returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the statutory cancellation rights described below.

Your statutory rights

United Kingdom and European Union

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU and buy from us online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the goods are delivered to you, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly (for example by phone or message) within that period. You must return the watch to us, in the condition you received it and with reasonable care taken of it, within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning the watch. We will refund the price paid, and the standard delivery charge, using the original payment method, within 14 days after we receive the watch back or receive proof that you have sent it. Please insure the return parcel and keep the tracking number. We may reduce a refund if the watch has lost value because it was handled more than necessary to inspect it.

You may also have legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. These rights are not affected by this policy.

Australia

Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must match their description and be of acceptable quality, taking account of their age and condition. If a problem is a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement; for a minor failure, we may repair, replace or refund. These rights are not affected by this policy.

United States, United Arab Emirates and other countries

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under the law of your country are preserved.

Reporting a problem

If your watch arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or is materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as you can after delivery. Tell us your order number and what the problem is.

Photographs or video, including of the parcel and packaging when you open it, help us investigate quickly. They are helpful but are not a condition of your rights under the law.

Contact us on +971 50 780 6561.

How we resolve a problem

  1. You contact us with your order number and details of the problem.
  2. We review the information, and any photographs or video, and may ask for more.
  3. If the item is damaged, wrong, or materially different from its description, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may be a repair, a replacement where available, or a refund.
  4. Where a refund is due, we will issue it to the original payment method. Where return shipping is needed, we will tell you how to send the item.

Water resistance and care

Vintage watches are not guaranteed water-resistant unless this is explicitly stated and supported by appropriate testing. Please keep your watch away from water, steam and moisture. Water damage caused by exposure is not covered by any voluntary store warranty, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Condition and authenticity

Each listing describes the watch’s condition, including visible wear. Our watches are described accurately and we stand behind that description.
